1. Who is Noona Benda
Noona Benda is an independently operating voice-over company, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 93777817. For questions or assignments you can contact me via info@noonabenda.com or by phone on +31 6 5801 6930.
2. How do we work together?
Once you confirm via email or message that you’d like to work together and we’ve agreed on the assignment and the price, we’ve got a clear deal. We’ll put everything in writing, so it’s crystal clear for both of us. You’ll receive the right to use my voice for the agreed purpose, platform, and usage period. Want to reuse the audio later or extend the usage? No problem, we’ll simply make new, transparent arrangements.
3. What does it cost?
At Noona Benda, we don’t work with fixed prices. Every project is unique, so I always tailor the rate to fit your specific assignment. The final price depends on: • the length of the script • the type of production (e.g. commercial, explainer video, or podcast) • the usage: where and how the production will be broadcast (platform, regional, or national) All rates are excluding 21% VAT. For broadcast productions (RTV), usage is based on a one-year buy-out. We agree on everything upfront, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
4. When will you receive the audio?
In most cases, you'll receive your audio within one working day after confirmation. If you have any visuals or music you'd like the voice-over to align with, please share them before the recording. I deliver clean, professionally edited files, free from mistakes or background noise. Typically in WAV format, unless we agree otherwise.
5. Need something else?
Does the tone need a slight adjustment afterwards? No worries: I’ll happily do a free retake. Need a text change or something more substantial that requires extra time? We’ll discuss a fair additional fee together. Made a slip on my end? I’ll fix it right away, free of charge.
6. What are you allowed to do with the audio?
You’re granted the right to use the voice-over as agreed, in terms of both purpose and duration. Want to reuse, extend, or repurpose the audio later on? No problem, we’ll simply make new, clear pricing arrangements.
7. Payment
I work based on trust, so you pay afterwards. You’ll usually receive the invoice within a week after delivery. Payment is due within 30 days. If payment isn’t made after a reminder, I may charge additional fees (such as collection costs).
8. All set and sorted
Until the invoice has been paid in full, the recording remains my property. The rights to my voice work remain with me, unless we’ve agreed otherwise. If you provide music or other third-party material, you are responsible for securing the proper licenses.
